ducati: not practical for street riding, not built for racing. glad i went with an R1 for racing. same clutch 2 race seasons, no problems and lots of launches.

Got 5100km (3168miles) out of V4R .... if you track it suppose to change clutch plates every 2500km (1553 miles) BS... and Ducati refuses to warranty it... you can get harder "road plates" for it and a stiffer clutch spring (70kg) apparently that works a charm.

Did you notice a change in engine braking after installing the akrapovic system on your s1k? I installed mine and noticed a big decrease in engine breaking and also when I spray soapy water on the joints it bubbles up meaning the joints leak and it's ALL of the slip joints. I've tried re-assembling it, it's as tight as possible and still leaks at every joint, but it's only noticeable with soapy water, I'm not sure if that's normal or not.... Please get back to me thanks!

There must be something wrong with your M1000RR. I've got a 2022 S1000RR with no flash and it accelerate much faster than your M1000RR. It really looks like your bike is struggling.

Awesome bike. Looks better in the grey Nero livery. Much more practical, you can hold onto two bars while cruising , all the sports bike dudes one arm off the bar sitting up cause they’re so uncomfortable 😅 🤷‍♂️ Save the super sport for the track tbh. Stunning looking but ultimately comfort and unique looks won out for me.
